Smart Listening

Alexa can understand you better by adjusting to your voice and background noise. Alexa is patient and will wait if you need more time to talk, before Alexa answers.

Steps in the App

 

Please Note, this feature can only be turned on through the app.

 

  1. Open the Alexa app on your phone. 

  2. Tap Devices (lightbulb) at the bottom. 

  3. Select your Amazon device. 

  4. Tap Accessibility or Device Settings (depending on your app version). 

  5. Find Adaptive Listening.
     
  6. Turn toggle On or Off.

Unfortunately, there is no video due to the Alexa model not having this feature.
