About Us

This website was designed by fourth-year Occupational Therapy students from the University of the Sunshine Coast. Our aim was to create an accessible and easy-to-understand resource that can be used to support individuals with acquired brain injuries in learning how to use smart speakers. 

Our primary focus is to demonstrate how smart speakers can be used as an effective tool to make daily life easier and to encourage everyone to use these devices to improve their independence at home. We hope to highlight how online resources can be designed to be more inclusive for users with cognitive difficulties.
